
Summer Class Descriptions
Adult Stretch & Strength: This class focuses on increasing flexibility and strength to improve dance abilities and decrease risk of injury.
Danspirations: These classes are designed for dancers with developmental, intellectual, and physical disabilities . All dancers are welcome and encouraged to join these classes!
Open Level Adult Classes: These classes are inclusive and accessible to dancers of all experience levels (beginner to advanced)
Advanced Level Adult Classes: These classes are designed for experienced dancers with several years of training and technique, high stamina, and the ability to participate in complex, fast-paced choreography
Adult Advanced Boot Camp: This class will prepare dancers for the 2026-2027 dance season by focusing on the specific skills required for enrollment in the Advanced Adult Dance class. Dancers will strengthen foundational technique while working on turns, jumps, control, and flexibility. This class is encouraged but not required for enrollment in advanced dance.
Ages 5-7 & 8-10 Combo Classes: These classes will provide students with instruction in tap, jazz, ballet, lyrical, hip hop, and acro/tumble. Students do not need prior experience with these styles in order to enroll in these classes!
11+/Teen Combo Classes: These classes will provide students with instruction in ballet, lyrical, contemporary, tap, jazz, musical theatre, and hip hop. Students do not need prior experience with these styles in order to enroll in these classes!
3+ Ballet/Tap/Tumble: This class will provide students with instruction in ballet, tap, and tumbling to support and develop a love for the art of dance in a fun and encouraging atmosphere!
